Computer Service Engineer – About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Computer Service Engineer to join our team at Path to Success Consultants LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, developing custom software solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for internal and client-facing IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud-based applications.
• Software Configuration and Development: Configure and develop custom software solutions, such as carbon footprint tracking systems, caregiver management software, and other client-specific IT solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for clients and internal teams.
• Client Support and Training: Provide remote and on-site support to clients, ensuring that they fully understand and can effectively use the software and IT systems implemented by Path to Success Consultants LTD.
• System Upgrades and Optimizations: Proactively recommend and implement upgrades and improvements to ensure systems run optimally and securely.
• Carbon Management and Caregiver Software Solutions: Develop and maintain specialized software for carbon emissions tracking, sustainability reporting, and caregiver management systems. Ensure these platforms are efficient, reliable, and meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT system management, software development, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with carbon footprint software, caregiver management systems, or sustainability data platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot networking systems, server maintenance, and cloud-based applications.
